PESCO Invitation to E-Bid: Distribution Transformers (P39908) & Multi-VRF HVAC (P39917)

Issuer: Peshawar Electric Supply Company (PESCO). PESCO has reserved funds for procurement planned for FY 2025-26 and invites e-bids for the goods and turnkey supply packages listed below via EPADS v2.0.

How to apply and bid conditions:

- E-bids must be submitted on EPADS v2.0: https://vendors.epads.gov.pk/. Manual submission of bids will not be entertained.

- Bid security: All bids must be accompanied by the bid security amount as described in the bidding document. Acceptable forms: Call Deposit or Bank Guarantee issued by any scheduled bank of Pakistan in favor of CEO PESCO, Peshawar. The original bid security, with a covering letter, must be submitted in a sealed envelope to Room No. 310, MM Directorate, PESCO H/Q, Shami Road, Peshawar on or before the bid closing time; failure to submit the sealed original CDR/Bank Guarantee will render the bid non-responsive and rejected.

- Vendors not registered on EPADS v2.0 should register at https://vendors.epads.gov.pk/. A registration tutorial is available: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MNW6T38v7fc.

- Conditional bids, partial or incomplete documents, and bids not submitting the sealed original CDR/Bank Guarantee as bid security will be rejected.

- PESCO reserves the right to accept or reject all bids as per PPRA Rule 33(1).
