C&W Division Malakand E-PADS Tender — Emergency Roads/Bridges Works (2026-27)

Executive Engineer, C&W Division Malakand (Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa) invites electronic bids through the E-PADS single stage single envelope procedure (KPPRA Rules 2014, ammended up to 10-05-2022) for emergency road/bridge works for the year 2026-27. Tender documents can be obtained from the office of the Executive Engineer or downloaded from the C&W website: www.cwd.gkp.pk prior to the submission deadline.

- Bid Solicitation Documents and instructions are available from the Executive Engineer C&W Division Malakand office or may be downloaded from www.cwd.gkp.pk before the submission deadline.

- Bids must be submitted electronically via the E-PADS system. Contractors must upload the complete BOQ with their quoted rates prior to the closing date/time.

- Bid security and additional security rules (as shown): contractors quoting up to 10% below the Engineer's estimate must submit bid security equal to 2% of the Engineer's estimate. Bids more than 10% below up to 20% below require additional security (as specified in the notice). Bids not accompanied by the required security will be declared non-responsive.

- Only e-bids received on or before the stated deadline will be considered. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives 30 minutes after the closing time.
