• Bidders must be registered with PPRA on E-PADS as vendors and submit bids through the e-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (https://eprocure.gov.pk).
• All e-bids must be completed and authenticated by uploading the required PDF files and submitted electronically before the deadline.

Bid security and submission of originals:

• All bids must be accompanied by a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) equal to two percent (2%) of the estimated cost in the name of "Cantonment Executive Officer" Walton Cantonment.
• Original CDRs must be submitted by courier to the Cantonment Board office before the closing date and time.
