Cantonment Board Walton e-Bidding: Repair & Overhaul of 2 MF-375 Tractors

Issuer: Walton Cantonment Board, Ahmad Baksh Road, R.A. Bazar, Lahore Cantt. Invitation to e-bidding for repair works on Cantonment Board vehicles through e-Procure (https://eprocure.gov.pk) using single-stage single-envelope procedure under Rule 36(a) of PPRA Rules 2004.

Eligibility: Original equipment manufacturers / authorized dealers / reputed organizations registered with Income Tax / Sales Tax Departments, on the Active Taxpayers List of the Federal Board of Revenue, having adequate past experience and financial capabilities. Only firms/suppliers/manufacturers registered on E-PADS (e-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System) as vendors are eligible to participate through online E-PADS tendering.

Submission details: Electronic bids must be completed and authenticated (PDF upload) and submitted online on or before 2026-06-14 at 12:00 pm via https://eprocure.gov.pk. Electronic opening will be on the same day at 12:30 pm (bidders can view comparative statement online). Original Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) equal to 2% of the estimated cost must be submitted by courier to the Cantonment Board Walton before the closing date and time.

Other conditions: Electronic bids valid for 3 months. Rates shall be FOR destination; tax liabilities in accordance with law. Any bid contrary to PPRA Rules 2004 (as amended) will be declared non-responsive. The procuring entity reserves the right to accept or reject any e-bid on technical/administrative grounds under Rule 33 of PPRA Rules 2004 (as amended).
