The Director General, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Culture & Tourism Authority (KPCTA) invites electronic bids via the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) for the procurement of laptops under National Competitive Bidding using the Single Stage–One Envelope procedure in accordance with Rule 6(2)(a) of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement Regulatory Authority Rules, 2014.
