HAZECO Invitation for E-Bids for Supply of Electrical Materials

Hazara Electric Supply Company (HAZECO) invites e-bids on NCB (National Competitive Bidding) basis for procurement of various electrical materials on FCS (free delivery to consignee store) to Deputy Manager Regional Store, Abbottabad, per NTDC/WAPDA specifications (amended to date).

Key instructions and submission requirements:

- Only e-bids via the E-PADS portal are acceptable. Bidders must apply through the E-PADS (E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System) portal: https://vendors.epads.gov.pk.

- Tenders will be opened on a Single Stage, Single Envelope basis in line with Public Procurement Rules 2004.

- Each prospective bidder must submit Bid Security in the name of Chief Executive Officer HAZECO as specified in the bidding documents. The original Bid Security must be delivered to the office of Manager (SCM) HAZECO, HAZECO HO, Gulistan Colony, College Road, Abbottabad before the bid closing time for the relevant tender; a scanned copy of the Bid Security must be uploaded with the e-bid on E-PADS, otherwise the bid shall be considered non-responsive and rejected.

- Bid validity: 60 days from the date of opening of the tender. Bid Security validity: 30 days beyond the bid validity date.

- Conditional bids, partial or incomplete documents, and non-submission of the original Bid Security will result in rejection.

- HAZECO reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per PPRA Rule 33(1).
