GIK Institute Tender: Supply, Installation & Commissioning of Oil & Gas Lab Equipment (Closes 2026-06-19)

Issuer: Ghulam Ishaq Khan Institute of Engineering Sciences and Technology (GIK Institute).

Purpose: Supply, installation, testing, commissioning and training for Oil & Gas Stream Laboratory equipment on F.O.R. basis.

Eligibility & requirements:

• Manufacturers or their authorized distributors/dealers/suppliers with relevant experience in similar equipment supply and installation.
• Bidders must be registered on EPADS V2.0 and with Sales Tax and Income Tax authorities, and must appear on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR).

Fees & security:

• Non-refundable tender fee: Rs. 3,000.
• Bid security/earnest money as calculated and specified in the EPADS V2.0 system; acceptable forms: Bank Deposit, Call Deposit Receipt (CDR), or Pay Order in favor of GIK Institute of Engineering Sciences & Technology.
• Bidders should upload a scanned copy of the earnest money to EPADS V2.0 and submit original bank instruments (tender fee & earnest money) to the institute office before the tender closing time.
