GIK Institute Tender for Oil & Gas Stream Laboratory Equipment (Tender # GIRL/PD/DCHE/GGDCL-1128/25)

Ghulam Ishaq Khan Institute of Engineering Sciences and Technology (GIK Institute) invites sealed bids under Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure for the supply, installation, testing, commissioning and training of Oil & Gas Stream Laboratory Equipment on an F.O.R. basis.

Tender number: GIRL/PD/DCHE/GGDCL-1128/25. Bidding documents with specifications and terms can be downloaded from the GIK website (www.giki.edu.pk) or accessed via PPRA e-PADS V2.0 (https://epads.gov.pk). Documents are also available from Room F-12, Admin Block, GIK Institute, Topi, Swabi. Bids must be submitted electronically through PPRA e-PADS V2.0 before the closing date/time.

Examples of required lab equipment include: Gas Calorimeter; Water Dew Point Analyzer; Hydrocarbon Dew Point Apparatus; Lead Acetate H2S Analyzer; Coriolis Mass Flow Meters; ASTM Petroleum Hydrometer Set, etc.

Eligibility/requirements: bidders must be manufacturers or authorized distributors/dealers/suppliers with relevant experience, be registered on EPADS V2.0, registered with Sales Tax and Income Tax authorities, and appear on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR).

Fees & bid security: non-refundable tender fee Rs. 3,000/-. Bid security (earnest money) to be submitted as calculated in EPADS V2.0 in the form of Bank Deposit, Call Deposit Receipt (CDR), or Pay Order in favor of "GIK Institute of Engineering Sciences & Technology." Scanned copies of earnest money should be uploaded to EPADS; original instruments (tender fee & earnest money) must be submitted to the institute before the tender closing time.

The institute reserves the right to reject any or all bids or cancel the tender in accordance with applicable PPRA rules.
