NLC Tender: MT Spares for Task & Light Vehicles, GS&C, Tools — closes 2026-06-22

Issuer: National Logistics Corporation (NLC). Sealed registered tenders are invited for purchase of spares for Task Vehicles, Light Vehicles, GS&C, Tools, batteries, tyres & tubes and related items.

Rates: Quoted rates must be submitted on CD/DVD/USB supported by a hard copy. Rates should be quoted for delivery in Kel, Lhr and ftwp and will be valid till 2027-06-30. GST must be included in quoted rates (treated as per Third Schedule of Sales Tax Act 1990). Taxes will be deducted as per tax authority rules; Advance Income Tax will be deducted as per FBR rules.

Eligibility: Firms doing business with NLC for more than one financial year and not blacklisted or declared unsuitable may participate. Firms that have applied for a suitability certificate to work with NLC from HO NLC Rwp may also participate.

Other conditions: Country of origin/brand must be mentioned against each quoted sale item. Rates quoted without Country of Origin/Brand and for reconditioned/used items will not be accepted. Delivery time for emergent spares: maximum 2 days; normal spares: 7 days. Warranty: local items 6 months; imported items 1 year. ECTS will be acceptable only if all tender terms and conditions are accepted by the bidder as mentioned in tender documents.

Submission & opening: Tender must be submitted before 1100 hrs on 2026-06-22 and will be opened at 1130 hrs on the same day. In case of a gazetted holiday the tender will be opened on the next working day.
