Issuer: National Electric Power Regulatory Authority (NEPRA).
Purpose: NEPRA is inviting written comments on proposed amendments to the Consumer Service Manual (CSM) concerning the multiple supplier arrangement framework and the shifting/switching of a Bulk Power Consumer (BPC) to the Supplier of Last Resort (SOLR) in the event of a Competitive Supplier (CS) default, and vice versa.
Instructions: All stakeholders, interested parties, and the general public may submit written comments within thirty (30) days of the publication of this notice. The proposed amendments are available on NEPRA's website.
