Pakistan Mint Lahore Auction — Disposal of Unserviceable Items (Bid Deadline 2026-09-04)

Issuer: Pakistan Mint, Ministry of Finance, Pakistan Mint Lahore. Purpose: Electronic auction/disposal of auctionable/unserviceable items on an "as is where is" basis under the Disposal of Public Assets Regulations 2024.

Eligibility and bidding method: Single Stage One Envelope electronic bids only. Bidders must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) for Income Tax and Sales Tax and be on the Active Taxpayer List. Manual bids will not be accepted. e-Bidding documents and detailed terms and conditions are available to registered bidders on EPADS V2.0 at https://epads.gov.pk.

Bid security: Prospective bidders must submit sealed bid security in the form of a CDR, banker’s cheque, or bank guarantee from a scheduled bank of Pakistan made in favour of the Director General Pakistan Mint Lahore and submitted before the bid closing time; bids without original bid security will be rejected.

Dates & times: Electronic bids must be submitted through EPADS V2.0 on or before 2026-09-04 at 10:00 AM. Bids will be opened online the same day, 2026-09-04 at 10:30 AM. The tender will be opened in public at Pakistan Mint.

Other conditions: Conditional bids, bids with incomplete documentation, or bids submitted without the required original bid security will be rejected.
