Road Transport Board Khyber Pakhtunkhwa — Disposal of Peshawar Bus Terminal Adda Fee & Shop (Second Re-Advertisement)

The Road Transport Board, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa invites sealed bids under Rule (2)(a) Single Stage One Envelope Procedure of KPPRA Rules 2014 for disposal of assets: collection of adda fee at Peshawar Bus Terminal and a mobile/computer accessories shop.

Bid documents (containing scope, mandatory/eligibility criteria, minimum benchmark, valuation and terms & conditions) may be obtained from the Office of the Secretary, Road Transport Board / Director Transport, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Ground Floor, Benevolent Fund Building, Peshawar Cantt between 09:00 AM and 05:00 PM on working days (Monday to Friday) from the date of publication. Document fee: Rs. 500/- per application by bank draft in favour of Director Transport, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

Bidders are required to submit bid security in the shape of a Call Deposit Receipt / Pay Order in favour of the Road Transport Board, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Contractors must be registered with the Local Council Board, Local Government Department, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

Bids completed in all respects must be submitted by the above-mentioned date and time; bids will be opened on the same day. The competent authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per provisions of KPPRA Rules 2014. Successful bidders/contractors will be required to deposit applicable income tax and any other taxes imposed by the Federal or Provincial Government. If the bid submission/opening date is declared a public holiday, submission/opening will take place on the next working day.
