Pre-bid meeting: 2026-05-21 at 12:00 hours (Thursday) at Conference Room, PRMSC, 5th Floor KD Plaza, M.M. Alam Road, Lahore. Bidders may join online (Zoom meeting details provided in bidding documents).

How to obtain bidding documents: Bidders may download the Bidding Document at no cost from the PRMSC website (www.prmsc.punjab.gov.pk/tenders). A soft copy and a free hard copy of the Bidding Document are also available from the PRMSC Head Office, Lahore during office hours (Monday to Friday).

Bid submission and opening:

- Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 2026-09-29 at 12:00 hours. Electronic bidding will not be permitted; late bids will be rejected.

- Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of bidders' representatives who choose to attend on 2026-09-29 at 12:30 hours.

Bid security and other requirements: Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security in the form of an unconditional Bank Guarantee or Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) in the name of "Punjab Rural Municipal Services Company." Attention is drawn to World Bank Procurement Regulations and the Beneficial Ownership Disclosure requirements for IPF Borrowers.
