C&W Building Division Haripur — Notice Inviting Tender (E-PAD System)

Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, C&W Building Division Haripur invites tenders through the E-PAD single stage two-envelope e-bidding system for the works listed below. Bidders must follow KPPRA Procurement Rules 2014 and the E-PAD Regulations (as shown).

How to obtain documents and apply

Bidding documents can be downloaded from the E-PAD system. Hard copies may be obtained from the office of the Procuring Entity on submission of a formal application, valid and up-to-date PEC registration, C&W Department registration card and payment of a non-refundable printing fee of Rs. 5,000/- (as stated).

Bid security, submission and opening

Bidders must submit a 2% bid security (as percentage of estimated cost) along with e-bids. The single stage two envelope procedure requires electronic submission of technical and financial envelopes; technical envelopes are opened first. Original documents and any required call deposits must be submitted in accordance with the rules and within the timelines and conditions stated in the tender documents.

Other important instructions

Rates must be quoted on BOQ/MRS items. Conditional tenders, cutting/overwriting without authentication, or tenders received after the deadline will be rejected. The Executive Engineer reserves the right to accept or reject bids as per applicable procurement rules.
