The Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) invites applications for one Islamabad-based contractual position of Assistant Director in the Prosecution & Civil Litigation Department.

| Qualification | LL.B or LL.M from an HEC-recognized university; enrolled as an Advocate of the High Court for at least 1 year with active practice. Preference for candidates who have completed Bar-at-Law after LL.B or hold an LL.M and have proven experience with regulatory bodies and corporate litigation & practice. |
| Experience | At least 3 years' relevant post-qualification experience in corporate-related litigation and prosecution, including 1 year as an Advocate of the High Court. |
| Age Limit | Maximum age must not exceed 25 years as on closing date. Candidates with at least 3 years' work experience with a regulator are eligible for 5 years' age relaxation. |
