SZABMU School of Dentistry — Request for Bids: Dental Instruments, OT Medicines, Lab Equipment & Queue Management System (FY 2026-27)

Shaheed Zulfikar Ali Bhutto Medical University (SZABMU), School of Dentistry, Islamabad invites sealed bids for procurement of dental materials & instruments, operation theatre medicines & equipment, medical lab equipment and a queue management system for Financial Year 2026-27 (Reference: PB/0739).

Key procurement details:

- Procurement method: Single-Stage, Two-Envelope procedure adopting Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004 and amendments.

- Bid submission: Bids must be uploaded through the e-procurement platform EPADS v2.0.

- Bid security: Bids must be accompanied by the required bid security in the form of Pay Order, Banker's Cheque or Call Deposit in favor of the purchaser; bids without prescribed bid security will be rejected.

- Closing & opening: e-Bids must be uploaded on or before 2026-10-05 at 11:00 AM. Bids will be opened the same day (opening time shown in bidding documents).

- Bidders should obtain and follow instructions in the bidding documents available through the e-procurement system and comply with registration/qualification requirements specified therein.
