- Send the SMS to 9771.
- Alternatively, visit the official portal: pmfuelrelief.pk for registration and more information.
Notes: Registration must be sent from the mobile number that is registered to the applicant’s CNIC. Scheme is announced nationwide including Azad Kashmir and Gilgit-Baltistan. Follow official portal or 9771 SMS responses for confirmation and further instructions.
