Bank Alfalah Public Auction of Mortgaged Properties — Karachi, 2015-10-15

Bank Alfalah Limited will hold a public auction of multiple immovable properties mortgaged in favour of the Bank under the Financial Institutions (Recovery of Finances) Ordinance, 2001. The auction is arranged through the Bank's appointed auctioneer, Alijaz Shirazi & Company.

Venue: Bank Alfalah Ltd., Clifton / Karachi Branch (Karachi).

How to participate
Interested parties must attend the auction in person. Bidders are required to present original CNIC and copies, comply with the auction terms, and deposit the required earnest/security amount as stated by the Bank at the time of bidding. The properties will be offered on an "as‑is, where‑is" basis. Successful bidders must complete the payment and documentation as per the Bank's auction conditions.

Properties & particulars
