Tender: Outsourcing Solid Waste Management Services — Tehsil Faisalabad (Rural-II) — LWMC

Issued by Lahore Waste Management Company (LWMC). Invitation to bid for outsourcing of Solid Waste Management (SWM) services (along with available resources) for Tehsil Faisalabad (Rural-II Areas) for a period of four years, extendable to another two years.

Bidding procedure: Single Stage – Two Envelope bidding shall be conducted online through Punjab e-Procurement System (e-P system) as per Rule 38(2)(a) i.e. Single Stage-Two Envelope. Bidding documents have been published on the PPRA and Punjab e-Procurement System (eproc.punjab.gov.pk). Prospective bidders may view and download the bidding documents from PPRA (ppra.punjab.gov.pk) and the Punjab e-Procurement website. Detailed instruction and procurement rules apply.

Pre-bid meeting: September 17, 2016 at 1100 hours at the address below.

Submission deadline: Online bid submission on Punjab e-Procurement System must be completed by 1400 hours on or before September 30, 2016. Technical bids will be opened the same day at 1430 hours. Bids must be complete, signed, stamped and submitted in accordance with the bidding documents. Bid security (in the prescribed form: CDR / BG / DD / PO / etc.) must be provided as required.

How to apply: Submit bids online only via Punjab e-Procurement System (eproc.punjab.gov.pk). Responses to the tender will also be published on PPRA portals.
