Invitation to Bid: Outsourcing Solid Waste Management Services – Tehsil Faisalabad (Rural-I)

Issuer: Lahore Waste Management Company (LWMC) on behalf of South Punjab Authority. LWMC invites unconditional bids (single-stage, two-envelope) from eligible bidders/joint ventures for outsourcing of solid waste management services (along with available resources) for Tehsil Faisalabad (Rural-I Areas) for a period of four years, extendable to another two years.

- Pre-bid meeting: September 17, 2026 at 11:00 hours (venue: LWMC address below).

- Bid submission deadline: Online submission via Punjab e-Procurement System until 14:00 hours on 2026-09-30.

- Technical bids opening: 14:30 hours on 2026-09-30 in the presence of bidders or their representatives.

Bid conditions and other notes:

- Bids must be completed, signed, stamped and conform to the bidding document. Bid security of 1% in the form of CDR/BG/DD/PO (as specified) is required.

- Bidders must download the bidding document from the e-procurement website and complete online submission. Bidders are responsible for submissions on the e-Procurement system.
