CDA Mechanical Division-II Invitation for Bids — Maintenance & Electrification Works at Supreme Court Building, Islamabad (Closing 2026-09-26)

Issuer: Capital Development Authority (CDA), Mechanical Division-II. National Competitive Bidding (single-envelope) through CDA e-procurement system (EPDAS) is invited from firms/contractors registered with relevant authorities. Bidders must hold a valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) license with appropriate category/codes and an Electrical Inspector Islamabad license where applicable, and be registered for GST.

Earnest money (call deposit/CDR) must be generated from the firm’s account or submitted in favor of Deputy Director, Mechanical Division-II, CDA and deposited as required before bid closing. Bidding documents, detailed conditions, BOQs and online submission are available on the CDA e-procurement portal (http://epdas.gov.pk) and can be downloaded from the CDA website (www.cda.gov.pk).
