GEPCO Invitation for E-Bids – Distribution Transformers & Omega-Shaped Transformer Rings (Closing 2026-09-29)

Gujranwala Electric Power Company Limited (GEPCO) invites electronic bids (e-PADs v2.0) from registered/prequalified firms with DISCOs/NTDC/WAPDA/GENCOS/PPMC for procurement under the Procurement Plan FY 2026-27. Bids must be submitted online via EPADS v2.0; manual submissions are not allowed.

Key Conditions

- Bidding method: Single Stage Single Envelope. Selection by Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) in line with Public Procurement Rules and GEPCO procurement documents.

- Bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 before the closing time. E-PADs site: https://vendors.epads.gov.pk/

- Bid security (Original) to be submitted in the form of Pay Order, Banker’s Cheque, Call Deposit or Bank Guarantee in favor of Chief Executive Officer, GEPCO. Bid guarantee amounts shown in the table above.

- Bid validity: 60 days. Bids must remain valid for 28 days beyond the bid validity date as per conditions in the bidding document.

- All prices to be inclusive of all taxes. Technical proposal must be uploaded to EPADS v2.0 and include the firm’s name and brief description in the filename.

- Manual submission of bids is not allowed; incomplete/conditional bids without required bid guarantee will be rejected. Prototype tests and other special conditions as per bidding documents.
