Possession granted upon payment of 75% of the total amount, subject to provision of a valid bank guarantee from a local scheduled bank corresponding to the remaining amount.
Building plan approval after payment of 25% deposit.
5% rebate on total payment if paid within 30 days; additional 5% rebate on full payment in USD.
CDA will provide an independent approach road and necessary facilitation for all hotels.
Special facility for overseas investors: CDA will facilitate issuance of at least one-day advance auction issuance; payments can be made through Roshan Digital Accounts (RDA) or local banking channels.
