Capital Development Authority (CDA) invites interested investors and developers to an open auction of designated hotel plots in Islamabad. Auctions will be held on 23rd and 24th September 2026 at Gandhara Citizen Club, F-9 Park, Islamabad. Start time: 10:00 AM.
Key participation details and benefits:
- 1-year flexible payment plan available.
- Possession granted upon payment of 75% of the total amount (subject to provision of a valid bank guarantee for the remaining amount).
- Building plan approval after payment of 25% deposit.
- 5% rebate on total payment if paid within 30 days.
- Additional 5% rebate on full payment in USD.
- Special facilitation for overseas investors: token issuance at least one day before the auction; payments accepted via Roshan Digital Account (RDA) or local banking channels.
