BankIslami Announces Interim Cash Dividend (Rs.1.50 per Share) for 2026

BankIslami Pakistan Limited has announced an interim cash dividend of Rs. 1.50 per share (15%) for the period ended June 30, 2026.

Entitlement to the dividend will be determined through the company’s book-closure process. Dividends will be paid only into the bank accounts of entitled shareholders. Shareholders holding physical share certificates are requested to provide/up-date their bank account details and valid CNIC copy with the company’s share registrar or the bank to ensure receipt of the dividend.

Shareholders should ensure their holdings are correctly recorded in their names (CDC/physical) and that bank details are available for electronic payment as required by the company and applicable regulations.
