Notice Inviting Tenders — Road Construction & Rehabilitation Works, Ziarat District (Balochistan)

Executive Engineer, Road Communication Works PP&RA, District Ziarat invites sealed percentage-rate tenders under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules for multiple road construction and rehabilitation packages in District Ziarat. Tenders must be accompanied by 2% earnest money (Call Deposit Receipt) and the specified non-refundable tender fee deposited at National Bank of Pakistan, Ziarat Branch under head C-02716 (Road CWPP&RA Receipt). Completion date for all listed works: 2027-06-30.

Eligibility & required documents: Registered contractors/firms on Active Taxpayers List, registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) with the relevant category, valid registration and three years of past performance/experience as applicable. Bids must include original Call Deposit Receipt as bid security. Full terms, conditions and prescribed documents are available from the executing office. The procuring agency reserves the right to accept/reject any/all bids as per rules.
