Documents may be obtained from Head (Procurement), Karachi, at the price mentioned above by Pay Order or Bank Draft drawn on a bank based in Karachi in favor of Head LAO, P.O. Box No. 12381, Karachi, on any working day (except Saturday & Sunday). Persons visiting the office to purchase tender documents must present original CNIC. Postal requests accepted if price of documents plus Rs. 200 courier charges is remitted by Pay Order or Bank Draft. Cash, cheques, money order, or postal order are not accepted.
If the office is closed on the advertised date, tenders will be opened on the next working day at the same time. The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all quotations.
