Hazara Electric Supply Company (HAZECO) invites e-bids under National Competitive Bidding (Single Stage One Envelope) for two civil works packages. Bidders registered with PPRA, holding valid PEC and EPAS registration and meeting eligibility criteria may obtain bidding documents and submit bids through the Government of Pakistan e-procurement portal.

Eligibility & Requirements: Open to all bidders meeting the following: registration with PPRA; valid EPAS registration and PEC registration for the financial year 2026-27 in the required categories and codes; proof of legal status and taxpayer status; minimum past work experience as specified in the bidding documents; submission of audited/financial records as required.
How to obtain and submit bids: Complete bidding documents, instructions and terms are available on the Government of Pakistan e-procurement portal (http://www.eprocure.gov.pk) and HAZECO channels. Bids must be submitted online through the e-procurement / E-PADS portal in single stage one envelope method. Late or partial/incomplete bids will be rejected. Specific bid security and financial capacity requirements are detailed in the bidding documents.
Other terms: Bidders must follow all instructions in the bidding documents and submit any required original documents where stated. HAZECO reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per PPRA rules.
