IBA Karachi Tenders: Endpoint & Server Protection (XDR) and Network Switches — Bids due 2026-09-18

Issuer: Institute of Business Administration (IBA), Karachi. IBA Karachi invites electronic bids on SPPRA EPADS from active taxpayers/manufacturers/firms/companies/suppliers registered with SPPRA EPADS and relevant tax authorities for two IT supply & support tenders.

Key submission and opening deadlines are listed below. Tender documents must be downloaded from the IBA website or SPPRA EPADS. Tender fee challan to be generated from the IBA tender portal and deposited at any branch of Meezan Bank Ltd. Bids (uploaded on SPPRA EPADS) must include a copy of Bid Security/Earnest Money and supporting documents; original Bid Security and original signed/stamped bid must be delivered to the Registrar Office, IBA Main Campus, Karachi University Enclave before the bid opening.

- Tender fee challan: generate from IBA tender portal and deposit at any Meezan Bank Ltd branch.

- Submission: upload bid documents (including copy of Bid Security/Earnest Money and supporting documents) on SPPRA EPADS.

- Original Bid Security (Pay Order / Demand Draft in favor of "IBA Karachi") and original signed & stamped bid must be delivered to:

Registrar Office, IBA Main Campus, Karachi University Enclave, Karachi-75270 before the bid opening schedule.

- Only uploaded bids with supporting documents will be accepted for evaluation; in case of contradiction between the EPADS-submitted bid and manually submitted bid, the EPADS-submitted bid will be considered for evaluation.

- IBA Karachi reserves the right to reject any bid or cancel the bidding process subject to relevant provisions of SPP Rules 2010.
