E-Tender: Construction of Civil Works for 132 kV Grid Station at Banno Economic Zone (KPEZDMC)

Project: Construction of civil works of 132 kV Grid Station at Banno Economic Zone.

Key eligibility and requirements:

- Bidders must have active registration with PRA & FBR (Income Tax & Sales Tax) and valid PEC registration renewed for the year 2025-26 for the above-mentioned category/code.

- Only bidders registered on EPADS are eligible; register at https://kp.eprocure.gov.pk/@/supplier/registration.

- The bidder must have demonstrated at least five years' experience in construction works and must provide verifiable Work Orders, Contract Agreements and Completion Certificates to justify completion.

- The bidder must have demonstrated at least one (04) No. of contracts for similar grid station civil works completed within the last five (05) years; value of each contract/work order should not be less than Rs 140.00 Million. (As stated in tender text.)

- Bidder shall provide an affidavit/undertaking that the bidder has not been blacklisted by any organization in Pakistan.

Terms & conditions (summary):

- All bids must be submitted and opened electronically via EPADS as per the schedule. Manual submissions will not be accepted.

- A 2% bid security of the Engineer's estimate is required in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) in favor of KPEZDMC. The original bid security must be scanned and uploaded with the bid and the original must be submitted in a sealed envelope to the KPEZDMC Head Office before the bid submission deadline; failure to submit the original will result in rejection.

- Bid security and any additional bid security shall follow KPPRA notification S.R.O. (14)/Vol:1-24/2021-22 dated 30th May, 2022, if required.

- A bidder cannot apply in a joint venture or consortium. Conditional, partial, or incomplete bids will be rejected. Misrepresentation, false statements, or false documents may result in rejection, debarment/blacklisting and reporting to PEC/KPRA for cancellation of registration.
