Public Notice: Objections Invited for Building Plans in Azimabad Cooperative Housing Society, Malir Cantt, Karachi

Issuer: Cantonment Board Malir (Military Lands & Cantonments Department). Purpose: To invite written objections, if any, to individual residential building plans of allottees in Azimabad Cooperative Housing Society (Azimabad CHS), located on Survey Nos. 75, 76, 77 & 78, Deh Tero, Karachi. The revised layout plan of the society was approved by the Master Plan Department (CDGK) in 2006 (reference letter dated 27.11.2006) and subsequent confirmations by the Master Plan/Sindh Master Plan Authority.

How to object: Any person or organization having a valid objection to the approval of these individual building plans must submit a written objection, with supporting documents, to the office of the Cantonment Board Malir, Bostan Lines, Malir Cantt, Karachi. Objections must be submitted within 15 days from the date of publication of this notice; objections received after the stipulated period will not be entertained.
