Pre-Qualification Notice: Construction of Residences for Lahore High Court Officials at Phullarwan, Lahore

Issuer: Communication & Works Department, Government of Punjab. Executing offices: Executive Engineer, 4th Building Division, Lahore (PWD Compound, 6-Mcleod Road) and Superintending Engineer, Buildings Circle No.3, Lahore.

Purpose: Invitation for pre-qualification applications from eligible firms/contractors for the above construction work under the Punjab e-Procurement System.

Eligibility & Key Requirements:

• PEC registration: Firms/contractors registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in Category C & above with a valid PEC license for the relevant year (as specified in the pre-qualification document).
• Specialized Codes: Firms must possess valid specialized PEC codes (listed in the document, e.g., CE10, EE05, ME02, ME03 as applicable).
• Experience: Participating firms/contractors must have adequate experience in execution of projects of similar nature, scope and complexity; detailed eligibility and requirements are in the Pre-Qualification Document.

Submission & Process:

• Pre-Qualification Document containing complete requirements, terms and conditions is available to registered bidders through the e-Procurement system at https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk and on the PPRA website at http://ppra.punjab.gov.pk.
• All required documents and supporting evidence must be submitted online through the e-Procurement system. Manual submissions will not be accepted.
• Deadline for online submission of Pre-Qualification Applications/Documents through e-Procurement: 2022-10-03.
• Clarifications (if required) may be sought via the designated clarification section on e-Procurement until 2022-09-26.
• Only pre-qualified firms/contractors will be invited to participate in the subsequent bidding process. The Evaluation Committee reserves the right to accept or reject any or all applications in accordance with the prescribed evaluation criteria and relevant procurement rules.
