Issuer: Sahiwal Medical College & Allied Hospitals, Sahiwal. Invitation to bid for supply of multiple categories of goods and repair of medical lab equipment under Punjab Procurement Rules (PPR) 2014 through the Punjab e-Procurement System.

Key conditions:

- Bid security must be provided as Call Deposit Receipt (CDR), Bank Guarantee or Pay Order from a scheduled bank in favour of Medical Superintendent, Sahiwal Teaching Hospital.
- Bids must include Integrity Pact, PPRA registration, valid NTN/STRN certificates and all mandatory documents listed in the bidding documents.
- Bidders must not be blacklisted or debarred by PPRA or any procuring agency.
- Award will be decided item/category-wise on the basis of the lowest evaluated rate for each item.
- If the deadline falls on a public holiday, receipt/opening will occur on the next working day at the same time and venue.
- The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids according to PPR 2014 Rules 33 & 35.
Submission deadline: 2026-09-30 at 01:00 PM (13:00 Hrs). Bids will be opened on 2026-09-30 immediately after closing at 01:30 PM (13:30 Hrs) at the Office of the Medical Superintendent, Sahiwal Teaching Hospital, Sahiwal, in presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
