Energy Infrastructure Development and Management Company (EIDMC) invites prequalification submissions for the hiring of a headhunting firm under an Open Framework Agreement (Reference: FFW9742). The Open Framework will be used to call off on-demand headhunting services for recruitment through subsequent Call-Off Contracts. The Prequalification is open to all National Applicants who meet the eligibility requirements set out in the Prequalification Documents.
