Public Sector General Hospital, Girote Chowk, Jauhaurabad invites sealed tenders (single-stage, two-envelope basis) from eligible/authorized distributors, reputed firms or suppliers registered with income tax and sales tax authorities for the purchase of a laparoscope.
Tender documents can be downloaded from the PPRA website (www.ppra.org.pk). A non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 2,000/- is payable by pay order / demand draft in favour of Head LAQ, Public Sector General Hospital, Girote Chowk, Jauhaurabad and must be submitted along with the technical proposal.
An earnest money deposit of 2% of the bidding amount (Pay Order / Bank Draft) in favour of Head LAO, PAEC General Hospital, Jauhaurabad must be attached with the Technical Offer in a separate sealed envelope.
The Competent Authority reserves the right to reject any or all tenders.
