BUITEMS Tender for Purchase of Furniture – Submission by 2026-07-30

Balochistan University of Information Technology, Engineering & Management Sciences (BUITEMS) invites sealed bids for the purchase of furniture. Bids must be submitted to the Directorate of Procurement, BUITEMS, Airport Road, Baleli–Quetta, and will be opened at the OGDLC Office, Takatu Campus, BUITEMS. Submission and opening: 2026-07-30 at 03:00 PM.

Tender documents (non-refundable fee Rs.1,500) are available from the Deputy Director Procurement or via the BUITEMS/PPRA websites; courier charges of Rs.300 apply for out-station firms requesting hard copy. Single Stage Two Envelopes bidding procedure will be followed. Bids must include earnest money of 2% of the total bid value (CDR/D.D/PO/Banker's Cheque) in favor of the Director Procurement–BUITEMS.
