AWT Housing Scheme Peshawar Tender Invitation for Development Works

Army Welfare Trust Housing Scheme Peshawar invites sealed bids from already enlisted and prequalified contractors/firms with AWT (Real Estate) for development works. Bidding will be conducted under the Single Stage – Two Envelopes procedure; 2% earnest money of the bid amount in the form of call deposit/pay order in favor of "AWT HOUSING SCHEME PESHAWAR" must accompany the tender documents.

Tender documents are available from the Site Office of AWTHS Peshawar from 17 July 2026 on submission of an application with a non-refundable demand draft/pay order of Rs. 10,000 in favor of "AWT HOUSING SCHEME PESHAWAR". Sealed bids must reach the Site Office by 03 Aug 2026 at 10:00 am. Technical bids will be opened at 11:00 am and financial bids at 12:00 pm on 03 Aug 2026. Address: AWT HS Kohat Road, Peshawar.
