MEPCO Tender: Rehabilitation of 46 x 11kV Feeders (Lot-wise) — EDEIP (RFB PK-MEPCO-562889-CW-RFB)

Issuer: Multan Electric Power Company Limited (MEPCO).

Project: Electricity Distribution Efficiency Improvement Project (EDEIP) — financed by the World Bank (Loan IBRD-9318-PK). MEPCO invites sealed bids (One-Envelope Bidding Process, WITHOUT PREQUALIFICATION) for Installation, Testing, Commissioning and Civil Works for the rehabilitation of 46 Nos. 11kV feeders, offered lot-wise under RFB No. PK-MEPCO-562889-CW-RFB.

Bidding will be conducted under National Competitive Bidding (NCB) in accordance with World Bank procurement regulations. Payments will be processed using the Direct Payment disbursement method defined in the World Bank's Disbursement Guidelines for Investment Project Financing, except where a Letter of Credit is used.
