Livelihood Promotion Programme — Tender Notice for Road and Irrigation Works (Balochistan)

Issuer: Project Director, Livelihood Promotion Programme (PDLPP). Procurement under Balochistan Public Procurement Rules - 2014. Electronic bids only; all bidders must be registered on the Electronic Public Procurement System of BPPRA (www.bppra.gob.pk).

Purpose: Invitation to bid for construction and irrigation channel works for 2026 on composite schedule rates 2023 on percentage rates. Earnest money / bid security: 2% (Call Deposit / Bank Guarantee) in favour of the undersigned from a scheduled bank. Green challan as shown against each work to be deposited in National Bank of Pakistan (for each work).

Eligibility: Presence on the Active Tax Payer List; not blacklisted by any procuring agency of Pakistan; Balochistan Revenue Authority registration; registration with Pakistan Engineering Council in relevant category and specialised code; completed assignments of similar nature and required turnover as specified in bidding documents.

Procedure & documents: Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding Procedure. NIT and bidding documents available electronically at www.bppra.gob.pk. Bids must be submitted electronically via the supplier dashboard.
