KMU Tender: Renovation & Maintenance Works — Single Stage Two-Envelope

Issuer: Karachi Metropolitan University (KMU). KMU invites e-procurement online bids from reputed firms (registered and active taxpayers with NTN & SRB) for renovation / maintenance works at KMU Main Campus.

How to apply and important conditions:

- Bids must be submitted online through the Sindh Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (SPPRA) EPADS/e-procurement system as specified in the bidding documents. Technical and financial proposals must be uploaded online.

- Original bid security and tender fee (if tender documents were downloaded) must be submitted on or before tender submission time at the Procurement Manager's office (submission of originals is mandatory).

- Mandatory documents: latest valid PEC registration, NTN & SRB certificates and other documents as required in the bidding documents. Firms must enclose an affidavit on judicial stamp paper stating that the firm/bidder has never been blacklisted by any Government / Semi-Government / Private or Public Sector entity; any litigation must be declared with current status.

- Tender documents can be obtained from the KMU Procurement Department during office hours (payment of tender fee required) or downloaded from the KMU official website and SPPRA EPADS as indicated in the bidding documents.

- The procurement will follow SPPRA Rules 2010 (Amended 2025). The Procurement Committee will open tenders in the presence of bidders/their representatives who wish to attend. Original terms & conditions in the bidding documents and SPPRA/EPADS rules apply.
