RTB Khyber Pakhtunkhwa — Sale of Peshawar Bus Terminal Fee Collection & Retail Shop (Second Re-Advertisement)

Issuer: Road Transport Board (RTB), Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The Board invites sealed bids under the Single Stage One Envelope procedure (KPPRA Rules) for disposal of assets. Solicitation documents with detailed terms, eligibility criteria, minimum benchmark values and conditions can be obtained from the office of the Secretary, Road Transport Board / Director Transport, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Room No. 135, Ground Floor, Benevolent Fund Building, Peshawar Cantt. Documents cost Rs. 500 per application (bank draft in favour of Director Transport, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa). Documents are available on working days between 09:00 and 17:00 from the date of publication.

Bids must be submitted with the specified bid security as a Call Deposit Receipt / Pay Order in the name of the Secretary, Road Transport Board, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Local Council Board registration with the Local Government Department (Khyber Pakhtunkhwa) is required as indicated. The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per Rule 47 of KPPRA Rules 2014. Successful bidders will be required to pay applicable income and other taxes.
