Key requirements and notes: Firms must provide information demonstrating required qualifications and relevant experience (brochures, descriptions of similar assignments, experience in similar conditions, availability of appropriately skilled staff). Key Experts will not be evaluated at shortlisting. Consultants must comply with OPEC Fund's Principles for Procurement (conflict of interest) dated June 2023. Consultants may form joint ventures or sub-consultancies; joint venture partners should be clearly indicated.
