Issuer: Jamshoro Power Company Limited (JPCL). JPCL invites bids for the procurement of transportation services on an aggregate charges Rs./metric ton basis for transportation of coal from Thar coal mines to the 660MW Coal Fired Power Plant (CFPP) Jamshoro.
Bidding will follow a Single-Stage, Two-Envelope procedure with Quality and Cost Based Selection (QCBS). Electronic submission through ePADS is mandatory; one hard copy must be submitted to the Office of the Chief Technical Officer/Chief Engineer, 660 MW CFPP Jamshoro for reference only. JPCL reserves the right to reject bids at any stage under Rule 33 of the Public Procurement Rules, 2004.
