Executive Engineer (Roads), CWW, P&HP Department, District Sibi invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for execution of road and related works for the year 2026–27 on Composite Schedule Rates (CSR) 2026 on percentage rates. Registration on the Electronic Public Procurement System of BPPRA (Government of Balochistan) is mandatory for all bidders. Tender deposit to be made through green challan at National Bank of Pakistan, Sibi Branch under head of account C-02716 (Communication Receipt).

Tender documents will be issued from the date of publication of this notice until 2026-09-17 during office hours.
Submission & opening: Bids must be submitted by 2026-09-17 up to 10:00 AM. Bids will be opened on the same day at 11:00 AM in the office of the Executive Engineer (Roads), CWPP&H Department, District Sibi. Eligibility of bidders and other conditions are governed by the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules, 2014.
