MEPCO Request for Bids — Rehabilitation of 46 x 11kV Feeders (Lots I–V)

Issuer: Multan Electric Power Company Limited (MEPCO). Project: Electricity Distribution Efficiency Improvement Project (EDEIP) financed by the World Bank (IBRD Loan 9318-PK). Procurement: One-Envelope Bidding Process (WITHOUT PREQUALIFICATION) for Installation, Testing, Commissioning and Civil Works for rehabilitation of 46 Nos. 11kV feeders, bid packages divided into Lots I–V. RFB No.: PK-MEPCO-562889-CW-RFB.

Eligibility & bidding: Bidding will be conducted under National Competitive Bidding (NCB) in accordance with World Bank procurement regulations. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect bidding documents from the PMU office at MEPCO (contact details below). Bidding documents are available for purchase or download as specified by MEPCO. Bids must be delivered to the address below by the stated deadline; electronic bidding will not be permitted. All bids must be accompanied by the required bid security and documents on sexual exploitation and abuse (SEA) and sexual harassment (SH) compliance as specified.

Submission & opening: Bids must be delivered to the PMU MEPCO address given below by 11:00 a.m. on 2016-09-24. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders' representatives on the same day.
