GIKI Tender: Running Cafeteria on Rental Basis at Topi, Swabi

Ghulam Ishaq Khan Institute of Engineering Sciences and Technology (GIKI) invites sealed bids under the Single-Stage, Two-Envelope procedure for the hiring/outsourcing of the GIK cafeteria on a rental basis through a framework agreement. Eligible firms must be well-established, financially sound, registered with Income Tax, Sales Tax (GST) and the relevant Provincial Revenue Authority, listed on the Active Taxpayer List, and have a minimum of six (06) years of relevant experience in operating cafeterias, canteens, or food service facilities at large educational institutions or comparable organizations.

Bid documents are available at the GIKI website or from GIK Admin Block, Room F-09. A non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 3,000 and refundable earnest money of Rs. 100,000 must accompany sealed bids submitted by 15:00 on 2026-08-03; proposals will be opened at 15:30 the same day. Site visits are permitted on 2026-07-22 and 2026-07-23 (09:00–17:00).
