| Deputy Medical Superintendent | Qualifications: MBBS, BDS, D-Pharmacy, MSN, or BSN; postgraduate qualification preferred. 2–4 years in hospital administration/clinical leadership. Strong hospital operations knowledge, leadership, communication, coordination and decision-making skills. |
| Manager – Admission Cell | Master’s preferred or Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Healthcare Management or related field. 3–5 years’ experience in student admissions with strong MIS, office & communication skills; ability to meet deadlines, team-building skills and work under pressure. |
| Manager / Deputy Manager – Corporate Affairs | Master’s or Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Management or related field. 3–5 years’ experience in healthcare or education sector. Responsible for managing corporate client relationships, business development, strategies; strong communication and organizational skills. |
| Manager / Deputy Manager – Nursing | Qualifications: MSN/BSN/Post RN with valid PMNC registration. Minimum 5–7 years clinical nursing experience in a teaching hospital including 3–5 years in a managerial role at a reputed private hospital. Knowledge of nursing administration and healthcare regulations required. |
| Hostel Warden | Intermediate/Bachelor’s preferably from a recognized institution; 2–3 years’ experience in hostel/boarding environment. Must be a team player, disciplined and able to manage hostel environment and student welfare. |
| Day Care Assistant / Attendant | Supervise children, manage daily activities and provide basic care. Intermediate/Matric/related certification with 1–2 years’ daycare experience preferred with good communication and kids handling skills. |
