Issuer: Special Investment Facilitation Council (SIFC), Cabinet Secretariat, Government of Pakistan. SIFC invites sealed bids/proposals from reputed contractors/suppliers/firms/workshops registered with Sales Tax/Income Tax departments and having required workshops/stock/manpower/experience in Rawalpindi/Islamabad for pre-qualification to provide works and services during Financial Year 2026-2027.

- Certificates and bids must be submitted on or before the closing date and time; late submissions will not be accepted.
- The procuring agency reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to distribute business among bidders in accordance with Rule-33 of PPRA Rules 2004.
