Admission Notice: BS Medical Laboratory Technology (Semester) — Shaikha Fatima Institute of Nursing & Health Sciences, Lahore (Fall 2026)

Shaikha Fatima Institute of Nursing & Health Sciences (Shaikh Zayed Postgraduate Medical Institute, Lahore) invites applications from male and female candidates for admission to the BS Medical Laboratory Technology semester-based degree program affiliated with the University of Health Sciences, Lahore for the Fall 2026 session.

Eligibility: Merit will initially be calculated on the basis of HSSC (Pre-Medical) Part-I results. Admission is subject to the candidate passing HSSC (Pre-Medical) or equivalent examination with at least 60% marks in aggregate. Final admission confirmation requires full HSSC (Pre-Medical) Part I & II or equivalent with minimum 60% marks; failure to meet the 60% aggregate will result in cancellation of admission regardless of merit position.

Application & Fee: Application forms are available from the Accounts Section of the Institute on payment of Rs. 1,500 by bank challan. Office hours for obtaining forms: 8:00 am to 2:30 pm (Monday–Thursday) and 8:00 am to 12:00 midday (Friday).

Required Documents (attested): Matric & F.Sc (Part I & II) certificates (2 copies); Domicile certificate (2 copies); Candidate computerized ID card / B-Form (2 copies); Candidate's father computerized ID card (2 copies); Four passport-size photographs.

Important Notes: No hostel facility (female or male) is provided by the institute. Candidates will not be informed personally; all applicants must confirm their status on the merit list displayed at the Institute. When the HSSC (Pre-Medical) Part-II or equivalent result is announced, that result must be submitted to the Admin Office within three days or the candidate's name will be removed from the merit list.
