Finance Department, Government of Balochistan invites sealed proposals (RFP) from reputed and qualified HR / Professional Recruitment Firms to provide end-to-end recruitment support for C-Suite and key executive positions of the proposed Bank of Balochistan. Services include candidate sourcing, screening, assessment, verification and recommendations in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements.

| Eligibility / Minimum Requirements | Reputed HR/recruitment firm with relevant executive search and financial/banking recruitment experience. Must have completed at least 3 similar assignments (minimum PKR 3 million each) in the last 5 years; accumulated turnover of at least PKR 10 million in the preceding 3 years. Registered with relevant regulatory/tax authorities (NTN, provincial sales tax where applicable), on the Active Taxpayer List, and not blacklisted by any procuring agency. |
